Shellfish Fabrication: Cleaning and Preparing Oysters - PD Days Event at NFCI at Savor Restaurant In-Person

We will be introducing the procedure for cleaning, shucking, and preparing oysters. After cleaning and shucking the oysters we will discuss both raw and cooked oyster preparations. The class will practice how to properly serve “Oysters on the Half Shell” as well as “Oysters Rockefeller”.

Space is limited to 14 particpants, so please regsiter below if you plan to attend.
